Step 1

• STARnet application below is completed and original sample voucher is attached to the application.
• Applicant to choose to apply for a pre-pay status or bill-back status.
• Once completed, mail your application to the address listed on the application
• FOR BILL BACK APPLICATIONS. An irrevocable standby Letter of Credit in the minimum amount of US $25,000 will be required for all Bill Back approved accounts. Please note, all charges to be paid for by the applicant. Do not issue a LOC until your application had been approved and the amount has been confirmed by Starwood

Step 2

• Once approved, you will be instructed to visit the online Starwood Hotels & Resorts Wholesale STARnet Program Contractual Terms and Conditions requiring your review, acknowledgement and electronic consent - see link below
• Information on how to access STARnet rates will be provided online.
• You will receive confirmation of your company's unique STARnet SET account number which will provide your organization with access to more than 850 Starwood Hotels and Resorts F.I.T. Net rates online at www.starwoodhotels.com or through any of Starwood's branded websites.

Once activated, your company's profile will be updated with billing information together with a scanned copy of your company's Voucher for all participating hotels to access.
